Whitsundays Corporate Events and Conferences

We will pickup at Mackay airport or train station. We head up the Pioneer Valley to Eungella passing the small sugar cane towns, stopping at the Pinnacle Pub for a refreshment break. Leaving there we head up the Great Dividing Range to Eungella Chalet, for spectacular scenery and take a short 1.6km walk through the rainforest.

That afternoon we go to Broken River Mountain Resort nestled in Australia largest rain forest. There are rainforest walks beside the resort, which has the best viewing of Platypus in the world.  After dinner we go spot lighting nocturnal animals in the rainforest with an experienced guide with wonderful knowledge of living in the bush and all that goes with it.

Perfect location for a conference gathering/workshop in the morning with rainforest views and room for up to 50 people.

Partners can either relax and read a book or stroll along the many walks.

Break for lunch at the Eungella Chalet and then spend the afternoon down the mountain at Finch Hatton Gorge, a wonderful landscape of waterfalls, lush flora and volcanic boulder formations.

Take the 2.8km return ‘Araluen Cascades’ bush walk (Class 3 track) or the 4.2km ‘Wheel of fire; bush walk  (class 4 track)

Have some fun and turn it into a team building exercise …… Who can name the most animal sounds around them? ………….

Today we depart for Airlie Beach, Whitsundays.

Enjoy the scenery on the way and maybe a little karaoke or bingo to break up the journey.

Before checking in at our accommodation we will take in the highlights of the coastal town. An afternoon to explore, take a stroll along the bicentennial boardwalk which is roughly 4 km long waterfront walk, showcasing wonderful ocean views. Meandering along the shoreline, giving walkers some of the best coastal views to be found anywhere in the world.

Relax for the evening on an evening sunset cruise, sit back and relax with a glass of bubbly whilst you cruise around Airlie Beach as the sun sets.

The Whitsundays have great conference facilities which offers a great space for medium to large sized events. Enjoy room features such as modern décors, air conditioning, individually controlled lighting and state-of-the-art audio visual equipment.

Partners not involved in the workshop will spend the day exploring the Whitsundays on a yacht. Visit Sit back relax and enjoy a sail for 2 hours to the first snorkel location. Here you will meet the local marine life beneath the surface. The fringing reefs in these locations are home to some of the most spectacular coral formations and an incredible range of marine life in the Great Barrier Reef and Whitsundays. Explore Langford Island Sandbar. Snorkel off the beach with the resident turtles, hike the scenic bushwalk or relax on the sands of this idyllic location. Relax, play and explore the island for 2 hours and treat yourself to some fun activities such as paddle boarding and a banana boat ride.

Today we all explore together.

Thundercat offers an exhilarating ride around the Whitsunday Islands all in one day.  Visit the world-famous Whitehaven Beach, Hill Inlet lookout and  2 snorkelling opportunities on the fringing Great Barrier Reef.

Perfect your skills on our putting greens and of course, enjoy a round on our par 3, 9 hole course for a challenging, healthy fun for a couple of hours..
